Returns/Cancellations
As we are a small company, we can not accept returns or cancel orders on items sold through our online store.  If you have any questions about our products, please email us before purchasing.  Also, check with our dealers as their policies differ from ours.

Shipping/Backorders

Speight Baffle Co. ships as soon as the order is complete and ready to go.  In the instance that our inventory control system is wrong, and a baffle is backordered, we will fulfill the rest of the order and contact the purchaser in regards to the backordered item. 

Domestic Shipping

Speight Baffle Co utilizes USPS Priority Mail for shipping within the US, our shipping prices are based on these services, and the weight of the products that are purchased.

International Shipping

At this time, Speight Baffle Co. does not offer international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
